Publicly accessible Reels and feed posts can be imported when enough recipe content can be retrieved. Private or login-blocked posts, Stories and DMs are not supported.

What if the post is private?

We only read publicly accessible content. If a post is private or behind login, DishVault can't pull it in — paste the recipe manually instead.

Will the original creator be credited?

Yes. Imported recipes link back to the original Instagram URL as the source so you can revisit the post and the creator gets the click.

Can I import a screenshot instead?
