• Users under 13 are not permitted (COPPA compliance).
• Users aged 13–17 may use the app with parental awareness.

By using DishVault, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User-Generated Content

DishVault allows users to upload, create, and share recipes and related content.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you upload.

You agree NOT to post:

• Copyrighted content you do not have rights to use.
• Harmful, unsafe, or misleading instructions.
• Spam or deceptive content.
• Offensive or abusive material.

5. Recipe & Safety Disclaimer

DishVault does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of recipes.
• Food safety.
• Nutritional correctness.

All cooking is done at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Content

DishVault may allow importing recipes from third-party platforms (e.g., social media).

• You confirm you have the right to use imported content.
• Original creators retain ownership.
• DishVault does not claim ownership of third-party media.

We may store links and extracted text, but not full third-party media.

7. Copyright & DMCA Policy

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used improperly, submit a request to info@kdforge.tech.

We will:

• Review the claim.
• Remove content if necessary.
• Take appropriate action under DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).

8. Platform Liability

DishVault is a platform for user-generated content.

Under applicable law (including 47 U.S.C. § 230):

• We are not responsible for user content.
• We do not guarantee accuracy or legality of content posted by users.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Abuse the platform.
• Create legal risk.

10. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If DishVault Pro is offered:

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Users can cancel at any time through their app store.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DishVault is not liable for:

• Injuries from recipes.
• Loss of data.
• Third-party content issues.
• App interruptions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DishVault means you accept the updated terms.
