  3. Save the recipe to your vault and organize it in a collection.
  4. Choose meals, check your grocery list and open the recipe to cook.

One tap to add

From any recipe in your vault, tap 'Add to grocery list.' Ingredients land on your list, scaled to the serving count you chose.

Smart ingredient merging

Two recipes calling for olive oil don't show up twice. DishVault recognizes matching ingredients and combines the quantities into one line.

Organized by aisle

Items group by category — produce, dairy, pantry — so you're not bouncing across the store. Reorder or recategorize anything that doesn't match your usual route.

Check off as you go

Open the list at the store and tap items as you grab them. Items don't disappear until the trip ends, so you can double-check on the way to checkout.

Can I add things that aren't from a recipe?

Yes. Add custom items to the list any time — coffee filters, paper towels, whatever you need.

Does the list sync between phone and web?

Your own account's list is available on phone and web. Text sent to someone else is a separate copy, not a live synchronized list.

What about unit conversions?

Check merged items and units against the recipes before shopping; amounts with different units may need your judgment.

Can I share my list with a partner?

You can send the list as text using your device's share options or copy the text to notes. This does not let recipients edit or sync the list in DishVault.

Does it work with grocery delivery?

Delivery integrations (Instacart, Amazon Fresh) are coming. You can export the list to plain text or copy/paste into any service in the meantime.
